My Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo with veggie noodles is a healthier spin on a traditional Alfredo recipe. It has a tasty, thick and creamy dairy-free sauce. It’s the perfect comfort food. If the pandemic has been good for anything, it’s been good for my local park. During the first lockdown, kids made a line of hand-painted rocks that snaked for yards and yards. Fairy houses with tiny doors, windows and picket fences appeared at the base of tree trunks, and recently a community library was set up. Thanks to the ingenuity of locals, the park has never been so alive! Read more
