Home Cleaning Professional – Permanent Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week

We’re Plume Cleaning Services, a family-run cleaning business on the Central Coast, and we’re hiring a Home Cleaning Professional to join our team permanently.

This is not casual gig work. This is a permanent part-time role with set weekly hours, proper employment benefits, and a clear path forward for people who want to build something stable.

What you’ll get:

Permanent part-time employment, around 20 hours per week with more hours available if requested
Start at $32.50/hour after your first month’s training, increasing to $34.00 in three to six months.
Weekly pay-for-performance bonuses that lift your effective hourly rate even higher
Within six months, two-thirds of our cleaners average over $40/hour when bonuses are included
Real progression potential: team lead, and eventually operations leadership for the right person
We have the ability to roster within school hours, if required, for the right candidate
Full paid training from day one. No experience needed
A full professional cleaning kit provided, valued at $1,200
Paid kilometres and paid travel time between jobs
A small, family-run team where you’re treated like a professional, not a number

What we’re looking for:

Someone reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working in people’s homes
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job properly
A willingness to learn and follow our proven cleaning systems, even if you’ve cleaned before
Your own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
Comfortable with pets and following our Absolute Clean checklist every visit
A police check and the right to work in Australia

About the role:

You’ll be the same cleaner visiting the same homes on a recurring schedule. Our clients book us because they want consistency, not a revolving door of strangers. That means we need someone who shows up, cares about the work, and wants to be part of a team that actually looks after its people.
