We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Casual Dental Assistant to join our growing practice for 3 to 4 days per week.
The Role
In this position, you will work closely with our dental practitioners to ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations and top-tier patient comfort. Your core responsibilities will include:
Chairside assisting during a wide range of dental procedures
Preparing, sterilising, and tracking clinical instruments
Maintaining strict infection control and hygiene standards
Setting up and breaking down surgery rooms efficiently
Providing warm, reassuring support to patients throughout their visit
Assisting with basic reception or administrative tasks when require
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a dental assistant is highly regarded but not essential. We are happy to train the right candidate who is willing to learn.
Strong understanding of infection control guidelines and sterilization protocols is highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills and a gentle, empathetic chairside manner
High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment with resilience
Flexibility to work 3–4 days per week
